I launched my CommentSold Free Trial, now what?
Once your trial is launched, we need to do a little set up to get your account rolling how you prefer. This article will give you a basic explanation of each tab, but there is an in depth article for each tab, as well.
Shop - This is the first tab, once you click the Setup tab on your dashboard. This will be where you're going to input your business information, and preferences for things such as gift cards or cart expiration time.
Shipping - This is where you will setup all of your shipping preferences, from shipping cost, to 24 hour free shipping, to prepaid labels, and everything in between. I highly suggest reading the in depth article to make sure that nothing is missed.
Taxes - The tax rate that is calculated in this tab is taken from the zip code in your business information on the shop tab. If it is incorrect, you can customize it. We also integrate with TaxJar if that is something that you would like to look into for further information.
Account - This account tab will be where you can change your password, email, or credit card on file.
Payment Gateways - We integrate with Stripe, PayPal, and Square for payment processors. They are all very straight forward for set up. You can choose to have any combination of the three, or just utilize one processor.
My Invoices - If you're wondering about how to locate all of the invoices from CommentSold, here is your tab!
Instagram - You can sell on Instagram! (I know!!!!!) This will show you how to link up your Instagram to your CommentSold account, and how to get those invoices rolling in!
Templates - CommentSold will get replies to your customers via Facebook Replies, Messenger Replies, and/or emails. The templates tab will allow you to customize those messages!
Labels - Are you printing your shipping labels with a laser jet or dymo? This tab is going to let you customize how you want your packing slips and shipping labels to look!
Shopify Sync - We can sync your Shopify to your CommentSold. It'll keep inventory between the two channels, as well as sync over all products, prices, skus, etc!
BigCommerce - BigCommerce can sync with CommentSold. It'll bring over all of the information that you need and allow for inventory communication between the two channels.
Returns - Returns happen, but we have provided a way for you to be able to better document them.
