Ever get tired of adding something to a shoppers cart manually and having to reopen the modal over and over and over and over? Thankfully those days are over and you can add items to a user’s cart without distraction! When you’re done adding just exit out of the modal.
You’ll now see a star next to VIP shoppers when printing their packaging slips!
Shops who use both Shopify and ShipStation and use local pickup were not seeing their local pickup orders in ShipStation. This is because we were marking them as "do not ship" in Shopify. We've added a toggle to allow you to sync local pickup orders so that they will be sent to ShipStation also. This toggle appears on the ShipStation setup page when Shopify is also enabled.
We launched an update last week that added more filters to the Products tab! Unfortunately, the Intercom chat bubble covered the Apply button for some users on mobile. We’ve fixed this issue and you can click Apply on mobile now as expected!
We’ve added the total orders fulfilled and total products filled in the chosen time period to the Packer Overview report!
You can finally combine user accounts from mobile devices!
The Customer Details page will now load VERY fast no matter how many expired items, waitlisted items, etc the customer has!
Before: (used to take tons of time to load, and sometimes crash!)
You can now see the refund amount and the number of returned items handled per employee on the reports page towards the bottom!
