Find me on:
You can now see who your best customers and top spenders are by going to this report!
You can now toggle this setting on here to see item prices on packing slips!
Moving the Facebook login button to the top of the email login can help customers have a better Facebook experience with the extra features!
You can now see the total number of users with SMS enabled in the Customers section. Separately, you’ll now receive an email when you’ve tried posting a product via SMS or sending a blast SMS without enough credits.
You can now remove products from the account page product list using the drop-down on the products page! This does not impact your Facebook posts or webstore products.
On the Products page, you can now email ALL users that have a specific product waitlisted. Use this to encourage your waitlist customers to pre-auth or that something may be coming back in stock soon
You can now create a coupon for a specific live selection! If you delete the selection the coupon will be invalidated, as expected. This can't be used during a dynamic live but if you've enabled Save Dynamic Live Products to a Product Selection from a couple weeks ago you can create a coupon after the live.
We’ve improved the overlay timing for live video so that they are more reliably in sync! Items will update more in real-time when you scan them during live events.
We now display the name of the customer an individual label was purchased for.
When extending the time on a customer’s cart one-hour free shipping will no longer expire.
You can now filter products by if they were posted or not posted in a platform!
We recently launched an update that fixed all of the issues around lists covering up 3 dot menus and making it difficult to scroll to the side on mobile. We had to roll this back because of a bug. This has been relaunched and lists should function as expected!
