Okay! You've gotten all of your supplies, customized your shipping settings, and sold some items. Sounds to me like you're ready to do some shipping! Let's get to it!

First things first, when shipping through CommentSold, you have to prepay for labels.

You can prepay for as much as you would like. You can also enable Auto Purchase. If enabled, your card will be automatically charged whenever you want to create labels and you don't have enough prepaid credit.

Just have one order to ship? We got you! Follow these steps, and you'l be shipping in no time!

From your Dashboard, click on Orders/Fulfillment. From here, select paid orders.

1

Next, just click on the label tag to the right of the order for which you want to create a label.

3

Next, scroll down and click on Create Label.

4

When you click Create Label, a pop-up window will appear which asks if you are sure you want to buy a label. Just click OK!

5

Next, you will click on Print Shipping Labels on the top left side of your screen.

18

When you do this, a new window will open up that will include your packing slip and shipping label.

19

If you are using a regular printer, you will want to set your printing options to Landscape with no margins.
Once you print your label, be sure to click on the green button that says Mark Labels as Printed.
20

If you do not click this button, the next time you go in to print labels, the system will reprint the label(s), which will waste your paper!

Once you have your label printed out, it's time to put the order in the package and mail it out! When you have completed all of these steps, it is time to mark the package as fulfilled.

A popup box will appear to ask if you are sure you want to fulfill the order. When you click Fulfill, another popup box will appear to confirm that the order has been fulfilled.

That's easy enough for one order, but what if you want to process more than one order at a time?! That's easy, too! If you just follow the buttons along the top left side of the page, you'll be fulfilling and shipping in no time!

21

First, let's click on Process All. After clicking it, you will see this across the top of your screen:

22

Following on down the line, let's click on Create Labels next!

This will open up in a new window. If you click the box next to Status, you can select all orders listed at one time. If you want to calculate the prices before you buy, just click on the Calculate Prices button! After you have reviewed, just click on Confirm & Buy labels. A popup screen will appear and confirm that you want to make the purchase. To continue, just hit confirm!

Moving down to the next button, you will see Print Local Pickup. If you have any local pickup orders you just processed, you will print those out from here.

Next, we will move on to Print Shipping Labels. When you do this, a new window will open up that will include your packing slips and shipping labels. If you are using a regular printer, you will want to set your printing options to Landscape with no margins.

Once you print your labels, be sure to click on the green button that says Mark Labels as Printed.

A popup box will appear to ask if you are sure you want to fulfill the order. When you click Fulfill, another popup box will appear to confirm that the order has been fulfilled. You will not be able to select multiple orders to fulfill at one time; the system is set up this way to help safeguard from any errors in the fulfillment process.

That's it! You've learned everything you need to know about basic shipping through CommentSold. Congratulations and Happy Selling!
